There were too many interruptions to be able to go beyond the sign in portion of this exercise, I was able to register but I did not get beyond the sign in stage.
I hope to be able to explore the options available with del.icio.us in the future.

rollyo
Wow! With Susan's help I finally got my own "google" search spots onto my blog.
Rollyo is a great tool, if you can figures out how to use it.

Play week
I am trying to figure out how to create my own search tools with Rollyo, but so far I'm having trouble getting them onto my "favorites". Any suggestions?

LibraryThing
What a great tool for the small library! I'm going to use it to catalog some of our books at my church library. It will save me alot of time with data entry. I can't wait to get started!!

Avatar fun

I created my Avatar as close as I could get it. It actually needs some weight on it, but I'll take all the help I can get to look slim again.
I think this is a great tool for libraries, especially for the young adult programs. What a neat way to get the attention of young adults to let them know what is available in their libraries. They are so computer savy, I'm sure they would have a great time with this special tool.

RSS & Newsreaders
I like the RSS feeds section of 23 Things. So far I've been able to register for 3 feeds and I am looking forward to adding additional ones to my bloglines. It looks like a great tool to help keep up with the current events that interest me.
I can't wait to start week 5.

Thing flickr

I FINALLY uploaded a picture in flickr. What fun, now all I have to do is remember how I did it for the next exciting exercise in "flickr fun". I hope to get more comfortable with the "computer terms" we all are using--it's nice to know when someone says flickr, you know what they are talking about. This is a good way for me to exchange information and ideas with others in the library system. Let me know what new ideas you have put into place in your library and what big projects you are working on currently.
Harry Potter.
I love reading some of your blogs. Tell me what happened with the Harry Potter party on Fri. Was it a success? I understand other libraries in the state were also having the same type of party. Who's going to replace Harry Potter for the next big reading sensation?

Thing 3
I created my first blog. I am excited to find out what I can accomplish through blogging.
I hope to get some great ideas from every other "blogger" and make new library friends who have fantastic ideas.
